TWS FitZone

As you are aware Grove Park Business Estate was flooded on and off over a 2 week period in February. During this time we were closed for a minimal time period but managed to remain a "Resolute Island of Health and Fitness!"  Especially as some of our neighboring units were not so lucky. When the water subsided we had issues getting on to the estate and with our toilet facilities. However this did not put any of you off coming to the FitZone maintaining the high attendance of classes. This was extremely encouraging for us and gave us comfort through this stressful time.

Now the water has all gone and we are just waiting on the cleanup operation from the estate maintenance team, we can thank you all for the patience that you have shown with the disruptions that we have had throughout this month.

TWS FitZone would like to thank everyone for their continued valuable support and hope it continues in this manner.

X-ertion 

X-ERTION! IS ARRIVING AT TWS FITZONE IN MARCH 2014.

X-ertion is our high intensity fitness programme combining H.I.I.T training and Heart rate training. Scientifically proven to get the most effective results in the fastest possible time.

This means a change to our current timetable and could mean changes to membership options for current members. We will be sending out an email in due course but feel free to ask us for more info.

FitZone Monthly Challenge

This month’s challenge is a body weight blitz for time.

The program is as followed

 

  • 50 press ups
  • 50 crunches (touching the punch bag)
  • 50 star jumps
  • 4 lengths walking lunges (frame to wall)
  • 100 jab cross on the bag

 

Repeat this three times with no rest period.

If you want to ask a member of the team to time your challenge.

If you find yourself getting bored of the same workout why not speak to a Fit Coach to book a session and change things up.

FitZone Information

BookingBug Emails:

Just to make you aware that with our booking system you will receive email notifications when you are booked into a class or our functional zone. We use the system to book people in and record numbers and attendance. Please do not worry if one email suggests that you owe for a class or workout, we will contact you personally if this is the case.

Please continue to use the booking system online or contact us to book you in, as less than 3 people booked an hour before a class could result in it being cancelled.

Guest Passes

We now have Guest Passes that have 3 visits within 7 days for your friends to use TWS FitZone.

Please ask us for any passes that you may need as we still offer rewards for referring friends that sign up to a membership

 

FitZone Awards

Every month the TWS FitZone Team will be selecting a Member of the Month and a Most Improved Member of the Month. This will be based on many factors including attendance, effort, achievements and results
