In OUR opinion TWS FitZone is the Functional Fitness and Group Exercise Studio to train at and we hope that you feel the same. Therefore we are asking for your help to spread the word about the FitZone.
There will be rewards for people that refer clients who sign up to one of our memberships or Personal Training deals so make sure you are talking to as many people as you can to be in with a chance of receiving them.

FitZone Monthly Challenge
This month’s challenge involves you trying to get to the gym at least three times a week!
Sounds simple doesn’t it? But we have also written a program for you to follow whilst you’re at the gym.
The program is as followed
- 10 Kettlebell swings
- 10 Medicine ball press ups
- 10 TRX pull ups
- 10 Tricep dips
- 10 Swiss ball Hamstring Curls
- 200m Row on Machine
12minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
If you want to ask a member of the team to time your challenge.
If you find yourself getting bored of the same workout why not speak to a Fit Coach to book a session and change things up.
Please be aware that Classes are becoming more popular and we advise booking using our online booking system to guarantee your space. If you do come and the class is full you may be asked to complete your own workout in the Functional Zone.

Polar H7 Heart Rate Monitor Straps
As you are aware we have started to use the Polar Team APP with great success.
We now have the ability to show you how hard you are working throughout sessions and can set you mini individual challenges.
We recommend that you purchase the strap as soon as possible as they are currently discounted to £45 but with limited availability then they return to the usual price of £60.
Every month the TWS FitZone Team will be selecting a Member of the Month and a Most Improved Member of the Month. This will be based on many factors including attendance, effort, achievements and results
