TWS Christmas Party: We know that it is early however we wanted to let you all know a date for the diary is Friday the 5th December. This will be the TWS Christmas Gathering at White Waltham Airfield from 7.30pm.
Tickets are £10 per person and include a buffet and for every member a drinks voucher for your first drink on us.
We hope you will all put this in your diary and Join us as it will be a special one for us, as it will just be a few days until our year anniversary which is 9th December. (Maybe a few prizes up for grabs).
If you are interested in coming please see us at the FitZone, where we can take payment and get you booked in for the evening. Please feel free to bring all family and friends and make it a great night.

As you may be aware we are offering some Personal Training memberships. These memberships are 3,6 and 12 months and can be used to make the commitment to yourself to get fit and healthy. These memberships bridge the gap between classes and Personal Training and could be the step that you are looking for to increase your results and the time taken to achieve them. Current members have the option of upgrading their current memberships to one of these options. Please feel free to contact a member of the Team to find out further details and how one of these memberships could benefit you.

FitZone Monthly Challenge
This month’s challenge involves you trying to get to the gym at least three times a week!
Sounds simple doesn’t it? But we have also written a program for you to follow whilst you’re at the gym.
The program is as followed
- 10 chin ups
- 10 tricep dips
- 10 press ups
- 10 squats
- 10 burpees
- 20 ab crunches
Repeat 5 rounds
If you want to ask a member of the team to time your challenge.
If you find yourself getting bored of the same workout why not speak to a Fit Coach to book a session and change things up.

FitZone Information Classes reminder:
Please be aware that Classes are becoming more popular and we advise booking using our online booking system to guarantee your space. If you do come and the class is full you may be asked to complete your own workout in the Functional Zone.
Cancellation of PT Sessions:
Please note with all sessions that we require at least 24hours notice cancellation.
Polar H7 Heart Rate Monitor Straps
As you are aware we have started to use the Polar Team APP with great success.
We now have the ability to show you how hard you are working throughout sessions and can set you mini individual challenges.
For the price of £60 we have the strap that can help motivate you and improve your workouts.
Every month the TWS FitZone Team will be selecting a Member of the Month and a Most Improved Member of the Month. This will be based on many factors including attendance, effort, achievements and results
