Wake Up Workout
Exercise never feels better than when performed in a group session with the motivation of others pushing your on. TWS workout sessions follow the same format as Circuit Training or the better-recognised term Boot Camp whilst keeping the focus on strength, toning and conditioning. Both men and women of all ages and ability attend our classes, you are pushed to your own limits and exercises are adjusted as the class progresses to meet individual needs. Interval Training forms part of the routine with some classes consisting of High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT for short, which is a supercharged workout.
