Boxercise Classes come under various names such as Box Fit, Body Combat, Kickbox Fit, but they all aim do the same thing which is improve body toning, shape, cardio and confidence. Our friendly environment encourages people of all ages and fitness levels to attend and is suitable for men and women. Come as a pair or on your own to be teamed up with another class member to ensure you achieve the maximum benefit.
Boxercise consists of pad work for both upper and lower body and we don’t neglect the abdominals and ensure that you have worked the full body at the end of the class. Even holding the pads is a workout in itself as your confidence grows throughout the routine and you encourage your boxing partner to finish strong.
Boxing Gloves and Pads are supplied but feel free to bring your own or purchase a set from Total Wellbeing online once you have attended a class.
