Buddy Training is a great way to socialise with friends whilst getting fit and exercising. Through the encouragement of your buddies and trainer you will push yourself further than if you trained on your own. Its a great way to see more of your wife, husband, partner or friends as you start a journey of health and fitness together.
We recommend a group of no more than 4 people to maximise the benefits of Buddy Training, many people would love to have a Personal Trainer but the weekly cost can be prohibitive. By spreading the cost between 4 people you can reduce an hours Personal Training session by 40% and still benefit from focused training.
Buddy Training allows for some unique sessions as we combine the strengths of the group to help each other exercise, its not just about lifting weights. We may use Resistance Training Exercises between you to really workout together or combine Abdominal Workouts for Core Conditioning.
