Diet Plans and Nutritional Guides

Diet Plans can be a very important aspect to aid with your goals or Healthy Weight Management. The use of a 3, 5 or 7 day Food Diary are used to collate information about your current diet. Then an individual plan can be put together to aid with your training.Diet plans can be bought individually and also as part of one of our Total Wellbeing Packages.

Nutritional Guides use Nutritional Assessments to identify people at risk or suspected to be at nutrition risk.The goals of a nutrition assessment are to:

  • Identify people who require nutritional support to restore or maintain nutritional status
  • To provide appropriate nutrition therapy (eg. Dietary intervention, education, behavioural change)
  • To monitor the progress and efficacy of the dietary therapy

There are many different methods for collecting and measuring dietary intakes.
