The perfect way to train if you do not have access to the gym or just want to supplement your workouts. It can be completed in a small space inside or outside. Alternatives with or without weights. This will suit individuals that have extremely busy lives and cannot commit to regular training or that need a top up to their current training programme. The way it works is training is completed in your own time, when you can but with the programmes sent to you by our highly qualified skilled team. Programmes will be received on a weekly or monthly basis via email and also through a personal page when you create an account. There will be lots of motivation, support, advice and guidance.

Our Monthly Package offers both Gym and Non Gym users the perfect motivation and guidance to obtain the best from your exercise routines. Many Gym users receive a free first time consultation and programme, you are then left to train yourself with no further guidance, nutritional advice, goal setting or enhanced programmes. Total Wellbeing offers all of this motivation, advice and guidance which you can use at your Gym and gain the most from your monthly membership. This ensures you receive the motivation to keep your Gym Membership and obtain your goals.
