Total Wellbeing Packages

Total Wellbeing Packages are designed  to allow you to choose what you want from a healthier lifestyle. We incorporate the 3 elements of Thinking, Exercise and Nutrition or T.E.N for short, that will help achieve your goals. Choose from a host of Booster Classes that accommodate each element of T.E.N or if you are just looking for a single discipline to focus on you can do this as well. Each course is designed to run from 1 week to 6 months and be as intensive as you want it to be.To make sure you get a package that suits your requirements you can contact us for a bespoke package designed for you.

Our Fitness Boost 4 Week Course is an excellent way to kick start your exercise routine whilst allowing time to monitor health and nutrition. Under the guidance of a REPs Level 3 trainer you will be assessed via a 60 minute session, given nutritional advise based on your lifestyle with a personalised nutrition plan, a 60 minute visualisation and goal setting session to help focus the mind, 12 x 1hr Personal Training sessions and a final consultation to assess your progress - 15 hours in total.

1 x 1hr Initial Consultation and Measurements

1 x 1hr Nutrional Consultation with sample guidelines

12 x 1hr Personal Training Sessions (2 per week)

1 x 1hr Final Consultation and Measurements
